https://ooh.directory is from Phil Gyford, and is, a curated, categorized list of blogs. I haven’t actually checked it out, but I keep meaning to.

Fun Fact, when Yahoo started out, this was exactly how it started. It was just a human-curated directory of websites. It was nice, but it didn’t scale, leading to well topics like “Whose dick do I have to suck to get my page listed on Yahoo!”[1]
